Supply & Demand

Orchard Gateway is the newly opened mall between 313 Somerset and Orchard Central. Saw online and found some reviews on Supply and Demand so I decided to try it out cause the food looks really good and have gotten some good feedback!

Went there with my friend once they opened and the waitress wanted us to sit at this corner with a wall blocking all the light so we requested to change cause if I have bad lighting, what's the point of eating pretty food right? 

Appetizer

 Garlic Truffle Fries ($15) - Generous portion! Better to share among 3 - 4 if you guys have mains cause it's really quite a huge serving so we ended up not finishing it. The flavour is very good, you can taste the truffle and the sauces accompanying it is good too! The fries are cut thickly so you get to enjoy the crispy texture on the outside and soft on the inside!

Mains

Aglio Olio with Shrimps ($18) - The noodles were perfectly al-dente, flavorful but a little on the saltier side. Fresh and succulent prawns are a plus, just delicious.

 Carbonara Cremoso ($13 - tasting) - My friend got the tasting portion and it's actually quite okay too! The was awesome! The sauce is on the saltier side too but not till you can't accept it anymore. The cream wasn't too thick and everything just blended well with each other.

So, I would more probably come back again! The food is good, the ambiance is good and I personally feel the price is reasonable for the quality of the food. I don't mind paying more as long as I get good food and good services! Do try Supply & Demand out!
