Let me go back to food blogging! But I kinda forgot which food was the least recent so I'm just going randomize it okay.
I went to JCube on one day and decided to try something new and it ended up being quite a bad idea.
Went to this restaurant called Capricciosa, its an italian restaurant and I decided to give it a go. The staffs were okay, not exceptionally good, asked for iced water but the waiter just said okay and didn't come back.
Now let's look at the food shall we?
Let's start with some appetisers shall we. This is something which I can't seem to find on their menu now, but I ordered it the other time, its just some beef with cheese wrapped in the middle. This is not bad, the sauce is a little too sour though.
More appetisers! Calamari Fritto - Calamari rings deep fried till a perfect crispy golden brown & served over a bed of mixed greens. This was great, I enjoyed it, the sauce is good and the calamari is crispy and tasty.
Clam Chowder. To me, this is quite normal because I'm neither a fan or hater of clam chowder but there's quite a generous amount of clams in it!
Seafood Risotto This is okay, a little too sour. But if you add it with the clam chowder it's better :)
Lasagna "Capricciosa Style" This is baked in meaty cream sauce. It's the the usual one piece lasagna, it's kinda like a pizza where you have slices.
Cabonara This is very very salty. I don't like it, it's too salty. Super duper.
I said I regret going there because the bill is not cheap, and I don't mind if something is expansive but at least give me the quality. That's enough Italian for today!
