A day in Malaysia.

Okay everyone! I feel that I need to blog again so here is the Malaysia post! Enjoyyyyy~

My cousin, aunt, mum and I went to JB one fine day after we went to church. We went there mainly because we wanted to do our nails! Went to city square first for lunch and dessert before heading to KSL for manicure~

 My mum and her Tom Yum seafood vermicelli! The Tom Yum wasn't exactly my kind of Tom Yum cause it wasn't the thai style, it was more of a Chinese style tom yum which lacks a certain kick to it. 

 The hot stone used to cook all the meat. Every set comes with a side dish, in this case, we chose fried rice. The fried rice is actually quite nice :)

My seafood platter which consists of prawns, squid and fish. I swear I thought I saw salmon fish, then when it comes, it was dory :( The food was okay, not much taste, the fish tend to stick to the stone. And as you can see, the stone is simply too small for all the food so you just got to be smart and alternate the cooking! :)

After our lunch, we went to walk around and saw this dessert shop which is very famous in Hong Kong. I've tried it before in Hong Kong and its super good so we wanted to try the one in JB. 

 Supreme coconut stewed bird's nest with harsma. I've tried this in Hong Kong and fell in love with it. However, I don't know is it because my tastebuds have changed so I don't really love it so much now. 

 Mango romance. Mango platter - Mango rice ball, mango ice cream, mango puree. 

 Signature curry combo. This is a famous dish is Macau. It's more like a street food where you can get everywhere. They even have it inside the 7-11. This was good but it can't be as good as the ones in Hong Kong because the texture of the fish ball is different.

So after all that food! We went over to KSL to pamper our nails~ Gelish time!! 

 It's so awesome and cheap. The best thing is that it doesn't fall off for a month. Even till now which has been like a month or more. It's still there, other than one which I plucked off with my itchy hand. 

When we were about to go home, we got trapped in JB. The custom had some issues so we were stuck there for super long. But ohwells, we have pretty nails.
