Legendary Hong Kong @ Jurong Point

Another food post for all you foodies out there!

I've visited this place for a few times already but have never thought of blogging about it, you know why I'm blogging now? Cause I want to instagram a picture of the food but couldn't find a reason to.

If you guys haven't been to Jurong Point recently, they revamped some parts of the mall - one of it is the Hong Kong streets with lights hanging down from the ceiling. It's super pretty and make you feel as though you are in Hong Kong! To fit into the Hong Kong theme, a new store opened called 'Legendary Hong Kong' - if you have been to Hong Kong, you will realise that the restaurant has this Hong Kong feel, from the decor to the food.

Let's look at some pictures!

Rice platter with roasted duck & char siew
When I tried the roasted duck, I was quite surprised because it was so tender, the skin was crispy and you can taste the fragrance of the duck's fat. I know it sounds disgusting but omg, duck fats is awesome. The char siew was good too, doesn't have the artificial red colouring but people who are health conscious may not like this because they don't use lean meat but a mix of fats in it.
A picture of the duck fat I mentioned at the top.

Shredded chicken & century egg congee
The congee is smooth and flavourful, packed with a generous amount of chicken shreds

Rice roll with prawns
It doesn't look very awesome but it actually tastes quite good, they use the whole prawn and it doesn't have some weird taste like some other places.

*I'm really sorry if this food post suck, cause you know I just wanted to find a reason to instagram a photo so don't mind me. HAHA

By the way, here comes the ultimate item that you can't miss out on!!
THE Chili Oil!
It's so good and so fragrant and so spicy! Just a little and your whole mouth is fired up but you can't stop cause it's so addictive!

Okay! haha so that's all and for people who have always wanted to visit Hong Kong but didn't have the chance, you can go to Jurong Point and experience it for yourself! Thanks for reading!

xoxo.
